- A: All our sales are conducted through our website, we are unable to take orders over the phone

- A: You should receive an order confirmation via email when we have processed your order

- A: Depending on which courier we use we hope to supply you with a tracking number
- Q: What are delivery times?
- A: We ship all orders Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Our cut of time for next day delivery is 12pm
